Supers be what is needed at all times, give to the corp as best as you can. Even to reqruits supers are the glue for every matter in tictac
Members should be everything that is expected; friend ship honor and loyalty is tictacs needs everything will fall in place.
Leads should involve them selfs in alli matters and aid alli function to protect tictac successful well being
I always told people that corps work as follows: officers run the members and recruiting; supers run the corp; leads help keep alliance together. Simple yet effective.
